The essentials you need to make the perfect pancakes
Ingredients
100g plain flour
2 large eggs
300ml milk
1 tbsp sunflower or vegtable oil
Lemon wedges
Fresh fruit (optional)
Method
Put flour eggs and milk, oil and pinch of salt into a mixing bowl then whisk until its nice and smooth let it settle for 30 mins heat a large frying pan over medium heat and wipe some oil around the base using a kitchen towel gently pour your mixture in when hot, rotate to make sure you spread it around the pan and cook for around 1 minute before flipping Are you a flipper or a turner? Serve with lemon wedges and sugar or why not some fresh fruit and maple syrup?
